 2.      EXCELLENT COMMUNICATOR can easily learn the language of the

      country where he is employed.  Being noted as a country with a 97% level of    

      literacy, every Filipino worker abroad is notably proficient in written and spoken   

      English.  {English is the worlds language for business, science and technology)

      He is usually equipped with a diversity of skills and talents and has an aptitude for

      learning and discovering new knowledge and skills.  Noted for his capacity to

      improvise or play things by ear.

 1.     THE Philippines has abundant supply of highly educated, highly trainable

      workforce with a good command of the English language.

SOME DISADVANTAGES OF FILIPINO WORKERS  菲律賓勞工的一些缺點

  1. The Filipino worker sometimes does not use his capacity for inventiveness and improvisation to useful ends.  He could use it to lie or get around by cutting corners.

        菲律賓勞工有時不會以他的發明創造力及即興創作力來尋求協助。 而是

        以其小聰明、說謊、或走捷徑的方式來解決問題。

 

  1. Filipino workers, being highly educated, would usually complain when their rights are violated or when they are being taken advantage of by others.  For instance, employers who do not pay correct wages or do not provide good working conditions will find their Filipino workers ready to register their complaints.

       由於菲律賓勞工受過高教育,當他的權益受損或被他人占便宜時,他總 

       會發牢騷、抱怨。 例如,雇主沒有正確支付薪資或沒有提供良好的工作

       條件時,菲律賓勞工就會向他的雇主表達不滿。

 

  1. Like all other migrant workers, Filipinos are faced with temptations to go into high-risk sexual relationships, although studies show that Filipinos prefer their own compatriots. 

  如其他遷移性勞工,雖然菲律賓人較有同胞愛;也因此,菲勞也面臨

  高風險的性誘惑。
