• Direct-hire: 已領有初次招募函之雇主，擬以直接聘僱方式辦理重新招募函指名聘僱非原聘僱之外勞，且依法令得在臺工作者。1. New worker 2. Worker is physically in the philippines and has been away from Taiwan for a period of time 3. Worker is being hired by another employer
• Rehire (with OEC): 已領有初次招募函之雇主，擬以直接聘僱方式辦理重新招募聘僱原聘僱之外勞、且於申請後九週內回台之依法令得在臺工作者。1. Worker has worked for the same employer 2. Worker is immediately coming back to the same employer after completion of the preceding contract, within 2 months from date of issuance of OEC.
